Its not bad for a low-bracket MTG commander deck, but its a slow land card that can easily be replaced by other land cards, be they basic lands, dual lands, bounce lands, or special lands

Wizards saw a need for a game that could be played quickly and with only a few pieces during downtime at gaming conventions, and they asked Garfield to come up with a game like that
The other two are more questionable for inclusion in this particular list but would both be top four if permissable and would significantly increase the quality of Gruul card
