palkia the pokemon card V & Vstar 040/189 Astral Radiance - Ultra Rare Set (Dont apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) Weakness Lightning ×2 Retreat Cost Palkia Pearl Guardian VMAX Pokemon

You can jam it into a deck thats artifact-themed like Alela, Artful Provocateur or Urza, Chief Artificer, but I dont think it does much as a commander

Mark Rosewater has already said that the Unstable print run wont be limitedif it sells out, theyll print more

Once the card came out, I asked players to see if finally they got that the creature was being crushed by giant parentheses and they still didn't even with the giant yellow sticky note, which somehow makes the yellow sticky note joke even funnier

It is very likely to be added to a whole host of white decks in the near future

The addition of red gives Scyther a dangerous appearance, adding to the stunning qualities of this Rocket-themed version
