pokemon tcg sword & shield brilliant stars booster box Pokémon TCG: Shield—Brilliant Three-Booster Blister The Pokemon TCG Elite Trainer Box is perfect for Pokemon collectors Pokemon Sword & Shield Brilliant

It kills any creature with mana value 2 or less, or goes up to 4 mana value with revolt, easily triggered by fetch lands or Treasure

These two factors alone make it quite clear why this card has been limited in the TCG for so long

Other traps including reversing the effect of a powerup, reflecting direct damage, and turning LP recovery into LP damage

This much should give you enough synergy to trigger your commanders abilities while leaving room for ramp, removal, and lands

Basically an ETB (and potentially replayable) Explosive Vegetation, and that alone already makes it universally playable for anything that requires effective ramp effects
