The more control you add, the less you'll be subject to random chance, and the better a winning strategy you can reliably incorporate at any given time
Or, more likely, people simply love Haunter and want to grab the only rare version of the card hence the high price point
The gameplay feels different enough from other trading card games so that it doesnt feel like a clone of a more popular game, the print-on-demand system could be a game-changing innovation, and I very much enjoy that your turn will never be limited to pulling one card from the top of your deck and playing it
Maybe the error wasnt noticed until after some cards were already packaged (though this would imply 1st Edition and Unlimited was being packaged in parallel), or maybe the printing company in some instances discarded some other card instead of Dark Dragonite - not an unheard-of type of error for processes like that
